Little man turned 6 weeks yesterday Nov 17th, 2009! We are struggling with the formula switch. We have been trying to ween him to the formula by mixing 1/2 breastmilk and 1/2 formula and he still doesnt like it! We have tried similac and enfamil so far. He will take about 1 oz of his bottle and then wont latch to the bottle and screams! He has done that for the past couple of days- the ped says he might have silent reflux which means he doesnt spit it all the way up, but spits it up enough that it burns his esophagus. So if he continues to do it today we will take him to see the dr tomorrow. She will test him for a milk allergy and possibly try some zantac. poor guy.
